Tailored for Your Needs

EMDR for Women & Teens

Let’s be real—women and teens often experience trauma and stress differently. Whether it’s navigating the pressure of growing up, dealing with relationships, or carrying the weight of past experiences, online EMDR therapy can be a powerful tool for healing.

I create a safe, supportive space where you can work through whatever’s been weighing you down. No judgment, no pressure—just real, effective therapy that actually helps.

EMDR THERAPY

Classic 50-Minute Sessions

Think of this as your standard therapy session, but with a twist—because we’re not just talking about your experiences, we’re actually rewiring the way your brain processes them. In these 50-minute sessions, we’ll work through past trauma, anxiety, or whatever’s been keeping you in a loop, using EMDR techniques to help you process and release the stuff that’s been holding you back. It’s like mental spring cleaning, but without the dust allergies.

Adjunct EMDR

When You Already Have a Therapist

Love your current therapist but feel like you need a little extra help getting unstuck from specific trauma memories? Adjunct EMDR might be your answer. This means you keep working with your regular therapist for all the big-picture stuff, but you come to me for targeted EMDR sessions to work through those particular memories that need a little extra attention. I’m basically the trauma-processing sidekick to your existing therapy journey—your therapist is holding the map, but I’ve come in to help with some particularly difficult terrain.

Mt Adams

EMDR Extended

90 to 120 minute sessions

Ever get into the middle of something important in therapy and then—bam!—time’s up? Yeah, that’s the worst. If you’re someone who likes to dive deep and actually finish what you started, extended sessions (90 to 120 minutes) give you more time to work through things in one sitting.

EMDR Intensives

3 to 4 hour sessions

Sometimes, you just need to rip the band-aid off and go all in. That’s where EMDR intensives come in. These sessions run between 3 to 4 hours and are designed for people who want to make serious progress in a short amount of time. Whether you’re working through a specific trauma, preparing for a big life change, or just want to feel better now, this option helps you get there without dragging it out over months.

What is EMDR Therapy?

If you've found yourself curious about why EMDR is so effective or how it works, you're not alone! It might sound a little unconventional, but there's real science behind why it helps your brain process and heal from past experiences.
